Apparently the higher ups changed and the game started selling out. They make super op stuff baiting people to buy them, then nerf them to the ground. Sometimes it's acceptable, when it's a choice. However, those op stuffs last for a season at a time, and lately have become a requirement to rank up. Pay to win is fine, when you can win for free reasonably, but at this point, it has become a rotten apple. I still play it because the game itself is fun, but man, stuff they are adding is killing it

The game used to and still is kind of fun, but the main thing that ruins the game is that it's so hard to make progress. I'm on Arena 8, and I can't get past it because every time you lose, you lose 30 trophies, which is way too many, and just makes the game really frustrating. You can spend hours playing this game and not make any progress. If you're someone who likes progressing in games and doesn't like to waste their time, don't download this game.

Honestly, my initial thoughts to the game were very good, as the game was fun but challenging to a certain level. However, once you pass around 4000 trophies, they just stop caring about the user experience. There are way too many people who pay for in game advantages and it can get very frustrating. Clash Royale is not fun any more, and the game is starting to feel like a chore. The amount of times I face overleveled or pay to win players is insane, and I can speak for others too. DONT DOWNLOAD
